Our Policy

We operate a unique supplier standard which states that we will not buy any ingredients from any manufacturer or supplier that tests anything they produce on animals for any reason. We ensure the safety of their products by only using ingredients with a long history of safe use, and by testing the finished products on a panel of human volunteers. Whitsunday Myrtle is passionate about sourcing ingredients from suppliers that are congruent with our ethics and standards.

No therapeutic claim is made or intended for any of Whitsunday Myrtle products; information is for educational purposes only. If irritation occurs, discontinue use. Terms and Conditions

We hope you have a lovely experience on our website. Because all our products are handmade by real people, each batch of our products can come out slightly differently. This can then mean the product will differ from the one that is delivered to your front door, despite our best efforts to replicate the colours on our website.

Intellectual Property

All texts, designs, brand names, product names, titles, graphics, video interfaces, photographs, artwork and source code including, but not limited to, the functioning look and feel of such content contained on this website is owned by its respective owners and is protected by copyright laws and various other intellectual property rights and unfair competition laws.

Ordering

Before you place an order, you will need to register and then log in. Once your order has been accepted, you just pay the sum that you see at the end of the checkout process, together with the delivery fee. Once you have placed an order, you will receive an email within 48 hours of your order being dispatched.

Placing an order is legally binding. For cancellations and returns in these Terms and Conditions you will need to email us within 12 hours of placing an order to advise why you are cancelling, orders@whitsundaymyrtle.com We will reserve the right to either exchange with another product or refund the order. If the order has been dispatched, no refund or exchange will be offered. All due care is taken in packaging products for transport. Whitsunday Myrtle takes no responsibility for goods damaged in transit.

Prices

All prices stated on our website are in Australian dollars and are inclusive of GST.

GST Queries

Delivery costs will be added to your order and the final total will include GST calculated on your products and the cost of delivery. For all orders being delivered to an address in Australia, your final total will include GST at 10%. For orders being delivered to an address outside Australia, GST will be deducted from your total payment during the final stage of the checkout process.

Payment Information

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Zip Pay and Afterpay. We are subject to change without notice.

Shipping Rates

The majority of orders placed are processed and dispatched within 48 hours. Shipping charges are calculated at checkout if the order us under the value of $120 AUD. Orders over $120 AUD attract free shipping Australia wide.

Our shipping is through Australia Post. Registered Post service will be delivered by Australia Post and will require a signature, so please make sure there will be someone at the property to sign for it. Otherwise a card will be left and your parcel will need to be collected from your local post office.

Please Note: Australia Post only deliver from Monday to Friday. Express Post service does not require a signature, which means your parcel will be left at your home if you are not available.
