Fatigue Myrtle Body Oil

  • Fatigue and exhaustion can take their toll on both your mental and physical health. Just about everyone experiences them at some point in their life, but people living with chronic pain or chronic fatigue experience them every day. Of course it is better if you can prevent fatigue and exhaustion in the first place with a solid stress reduction and self-care plan, but unfortunately that’s not an option for everyone since you cannot prevent the effects of chronic illness. What you can do however, is find ways to lessen the impact.

    At Whitsunday Myrtle we have created an oil blend which will improve your low energy. It can be applied to the body and worn as a ‘perfume’ so to say. To receive the benefits of this oil, you can use 3-5 drops in our ultra sonic diffuser or rub the oil on the soles of your feet or across the stem of your neck. Inhale and allow nature to have its way.

  • Lemon Myrtle (Backhousia citridora), Eucalyptus Peppermint (Eucalyptus dives), Basil (Ocimum basilicum), Lemongrass (Cymbopogon flexuosus), Lavender (Lavendula officinalis) and Grape Seed Oils.
  • This oil is loved by many who have suffered with chronic fatigue, Q fever, mothers with newborns and all types of exhausted individuals who lack energy. We highly recommend you listen to your body when using this oil. We STRONGLY recommend you do not use this oil past 3pm in the afternoon as you could be tossing and turning all night begging for sleep. Keep out of reach of children, and new mothers should only use this oil on the soles of their feet as you don't want your new born smelling it. Consult with your physician if in doubt. The predominant smell in this oil is 'Basil Essential Oil'.
