Ordering
Before you place an order, you will need to register and then log in. Once your order has been accepted, you just pay the sum that you see at the end of the checkout process, together with the delivery fee. Once you have placed an order, you will receive an email within 48 hours of your order being dispatched.
Placing an order is legally binding. For cancellations and returns in these Terms and Conditions you will need to email us within 12 hours of placing an order to advise why you are cancelling, orders@whitsundaymyrtle.com We will reserve the right to either exchange with another product or refund the order. If the order has been dispatched, no refund or exchange will be offered. All due care is taken in packaging products for transport. Whitsunday Myrtle takes no responsibility for goods damaged in transit.
Prices
All prices stated on our website are in Australian dollars and are inclusive of GST.
GST Queries
Delivery costs will be added to your order and the final total will include GST calculated on your products and the cost of delivery. For all orders being delivered to an address in Australia, your final total will include GST at 10%. For orders being delivered to an address outside Australia, GST will be deducted from your total payment during the final stage of the checkout process.
