Ordering

Once you have placed an order, navigate to the checkout process. You will receive an email within 48 hours of your order being received. Prior to dispatch a Tax Invoice will be forwarded to your nominated email address.

Placing an order is legally binding. For cancellations and returns in these Terms and Conditions you will need to email us within 12 hours of placing an order to advise why you are cancelling, orders@whitsundaymyrtle.com We will reserve the right to either exchange with another product or refund the order. If the order has been dispatched, no refund or exchange will be offered. All due care is taken in packaging products for transport. Whitsunday Myrtle and Whitsunday Herbal take no responsibility for goods damaged in transit.

Prices

All prices stated on our website are in Australian dollars and are inclusive of GST unless otherwise stated.

GST Queries

Delivery costs will be added to your order and the final total will include GST calculated on your products and the cost of delivery. For all orders being delivered to an address in Australia, your final total will include GST. For orders being delivered to an address outside Australia, GST will be deducted from your total payment during the final stage of the checkout process.
