I'm not a tea drinker, but I really like this tea. I couldn't tell you of the health benefits yet, it's too early to tell, but it's a really pleasant, not sweet and not bitter tea. Great blend - hope it helps my thyroid :)
This tea has been amazing! It has relieved my symptoms of hypothyroidism. I use to be so moody and cranky all the time and not being able to control that has been overwhelming, but since taking the tea I feel so calm and controlled. I seem peaceful and happier. My periods use to be irregular and cycles would be around 45 days or more but after a few months of taking it almost everyday my cycles are now 32-32 days. It’s slowly but steadily bringing me back to balance. I’m about to order another one now.
