I have used this product plus the Shingles 2 cream and it was amazing. The oil helped with cooling the effected area, taking the itching sensation away and also stopped the shingles from spreading. Having the tea in the morning and before bed helped me, to relax more and made it easy to sleep. I caught mine early so within a week it was under controlled. By the second week, I was onto the Shingles 2 cream. I am still using the cream which is currently, soothing the itching sensation that comes and goes and is helping the scarring to fade away. I highly recommend these products to anyone who doesn't like taking over the counter medications. 😊
